How to Buy!

  1. Click on Shop to explore all items available by collection. You can buy by article type or by collection.
  2. Click on the item that interests you. There you will have all the product information including description, price, color, sizes available, and care instructions.
  3. Select a size and add the article to the shopping basket. Next, you can choose between "Continue shopping" or “Process order".
  4. Please remember that you have two options for placing your order: you can register as a user or place your order as a guest.
  5. Once you have entered your details correctly, click on "Continue".
  6. Select a payment method.
  7. Check your details and confirm the order.
  8. You will then receive an e-mail confirming your order.

How to Rent!

  1. Click on Rent to explore the rental collection. You have the option to rent per day up to 7 days. The rental period starts when you receive the item. 
  2. Click on the item that interests you. There you will have all the product information including description, price, color, sizes available, and care instructions.
  3. Select a size and add the article to the shopping basket. Next, you can choose between "Continue shopping" or “Process order".
  4. Please remember that you have two options for placing your order: you can register as a user or place your order as a guest.
  5. Once you have entered your details correctly, click on "Continue".
  6. Select a payment method.
  7. Check your details and confirm the order.
  8. You will then receive an e-mail confirming your order.

Additional Questions:

  • What is your cancellation policy?
You have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel and receive the full amount. Any cancellation made after 24 hours will result in a credit to your account.
  • How does the shipping work?
You will enter your address at the checkout and your order will be delivered at your doorsteps.
  • What happens if I do not return the rental on time?
You will be charged a late fee of $20/day for each day the rental is in your possession.
  • What happens if I damage/ lose the rental?
At the checkout, you will pay a $5 insurance fee to cover minor damages for up to $50 worth of repairs. If the rental has been damaged extensively, you will be the replacement cost of the item.
